Rules & Regulations

Eligibility: All filmmakers who have produced a short film should not be more than 30 minutes in
length. Indian citizens are only eligible to participate in the competition

Submission: Submissions can be made online through our website only. All submissions must be
received by the submission deadline. Submissions must include the completed entry form, the
short film in digital format as specified via email or website, and a brief synopsis

Originality: All films must be original works created by the submitting filmmaker. Any use of
copyrighted material without permission will result in disqualification.

Language: All Indian language except Hindi must have English subtitling.

Judging: All films will be judged based on their creativity, technical execution, and overall quality.The judges decision will be final.

Prizes: The judges will curate and select the top films to be awarded prizes in the competition. The organisers are not responsible; if the sponsors do not make good the prizes promised by them.

Return Policy: For return policy go through our official website we already mentioned there. All fees paid to the organisers are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstance.

Travel expenses : If any occurred for the film screening and the grand finale event will be borne by the participants.

Risk & Injury : The organisers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the event and the applicant will participate at their own risk.

Dispute :In the event of any dispute, the organizers decisions are final and binding on the applicant. The courts of Mumbai have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
