Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Eligibility for Refund:
a. Only participants who have successfully registered and paid the entry fee for the FILMI SHORT FEST are eligible for a refund.
b. Refunds will not be issued for entries that have been disqualified due to violation of the festival’s rules and guidelines.

Refund Requests:
a. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the FILMI SHORT FEST organizing committee via email or through the official festival website.
b. Refund requests should include the participant’s name, contact information, and proof of payment.

Refund Deadlines:
a. Refund requests will be accepted within 7 days after the payment date.
b. Refund requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for consideration.

Refund Processing:
a. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed by the FILMI SHORT FEST organizing committee within 14 days of receipt.
b. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during registration.

Refund Amount:
a. The refund amount will be the entry fee paid by the participant, minus any transaction fees or charges incurred during the payment process.
b. The participant will be responsible for any bank or transfer fees associated with the refund.

Non-Refundable Items:
a. Late submission fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
b. Fees associated with any optional services or addons, such as workshops or networking events, are non-refundable.

Cancellation or Postponement of the Festival:
a. In the event of a festival cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, shortlisted participants will have the option to transfer their entry to a future edition of the FILMI SHORT FEST.
b. The FILMI SHORT FEST organizing committee will make all reasonable efforts to inform shortlisted participants of any changes or cancellations in a timely manner.
